Eligibility

  •  Handloom/handicraft artisan from North Eastern Region.

  •  Only artisans of textile sub-sectors, the traditional VSE sectors of Handlooms, Handicrafts, Sericulture and Jute and allied fibers as well as the Power loom sector and the Garmenting & Made Up sector are covered.

NER Textile Promotion Scheme - Financial assistance for participation of the weavers of North East Region in domestic exhibitions/fairs and craft melas held in NER and outside NER
