With this service fee, you can sit back at home and apply to government benefits. We will understand on your behalf what documentation is required, help you get that documentation in place through online/offline support and submit your completed application form to the relevant government department. Not just that, we will also track the status of your application and keep you updated with the same!

We accept payments through all kinds of online payment mechanisms like Net Banking, Debit Card payment, Payment Wallets, etc. We also accept Cheque and Cash payments as well. We will soon be integrating a payment gateway on our portal and you will be able to pay seasmlessly for the service.

When you have finalized the scheme you wish to apply to, currently, the application process involves our customer support personnel getting in touch with you. Having confirmed your requirements, he will trigger the payment process. On receipt of the payment, we will initiate the process of taking necessary details and filling in the application forms while collecting relevant documents from you and submit the application subsequently. Once the process is online, the stage will be similar - You pay when you are sure you wish to apply to the scheme and have understood the same completely!

Until the application process status is converted to "Request confirmed" by our Schemopedia document processing team from "Request generated" which typically takes 3 days after your application payment, you can modify the scheme for which you wish to apply to. After this change of status, our request cancellation charges will be applicable.

If the request is cancelled after conversion of application status to "Request Confirmed", till the "Application Prepared" stage, 25% of the fees will be deducted as cancellation charges and rest reimbursed to the user. After "Application" Prepared till "Application submitted" stage, 60% of the fees will be deducted as cancellation charges and after "Application Submitted" status, no fees will be reimbursed to the user.

If you are applying to any scheme in the capacity of an individual citizen of the country, then the individual pricing will be applicable. If you are applying to any benefit as a representative or authorised personnel of an enterprise, then enteprise pricing will be applicable.

We take the onus of ensuring your documentation is in place before we submit it to the government and so, if the Government rejects your application, we would not give ourselves the benefit of doubt and reimburse you the entire fees paid for your service.
