Eligibility

  •  The candidate should belong to a notified minority community and should be Post Graduate with minimum 50% marks from a recognized Institution in Textile Design, Leather design, Carpet design or in the same field in which he/she wants to avail the Fellowship to meet the above mentioned objectives

  •  He/she should have secured admission in a University/Institution for a regular M. Phil/ Ph.D.

  •  He/ She should not be more than 35 years of age

  •  Minimum 33% seats of annual targets will be earmarked for minority girls/women candidates

To provide fellowship to students for carrying out Research and Development in the topics prescribed by the Ministry
