Application process

The request for proposals from the Institutes/Implementing agencies (as per format at AnnexureIV of scheme guidelines ) will be invited by the selection committee through advertisements in newspapers and websites, letters to Implementing agencies, etc., to select the host institutes for setting up of BIs
