Purpose
To provide assitance in the form of services to the employees of PSE for rehabiltation programme in order to reorient them through short duration training programmes to enable them to adjust to the new environment and adopt new vocations after their separation from the PSEs due to VRS/VSS or retrenchment due to closure / restructuring of the enterprise.

Eligibility
- The VRS optee should be below 58 years of age
- If VRS Optee (upto age of 60 years) does not want to come forward for training, the benefit of the Scheme could be extended to an unemployed dependent of VRS Optee, the Maximum age limit of dependent for such cases will be 45 yeaRsIn case wife of VRS Optee is the applicant, there would be no age bar
