 All people across the country are eligible for this scheme, whether beneficiary have Aadhar card or not.
 The beneficiary must have bank account for direct cash subsidy transfer.
 consumers need a bank account to join the scheme.

PAHAL - DBTL - Scheme for facilitating direct benefit transfer (DBT) of the LPG subsidy into the account of the LPG gas user

 To join the scheme and receive subsidy, consumers should use, 1) if they have Adhaar and 2) if they don't have Aadhaar:
