Eligibility
- The students should have secured admission in the approved courses at masters, M.Phil. level courses in institutes outside India.
- He/ she should have availed loan from a Scheduled bank under the Education Loan Scheme of the Indian Banks Association for the purpose.
- Total income from all sources of the employed candidate or his/ her parents/ guardians in case of unemployed candidate shall not exceed Rs.6.00 lakh p.a
- Income certificate should be submitted from the competent authority in the state/ union Territory

Conditions if Any
- Moratorium period: Course period plus 1 year or Course period plus 6 months after getting a job, whichever is earlier.
- Interest payment by the students post moratorium period will be according to the existing education loan scheme.
