To provide financial assistance for insurance coverage to tappers in the unorganized Rubber Plantation Sector as to develop the habit of saving among them.

Eligibility

  •  It will be applicable to tappers of small holding sector admeasuring an area of not less than 0.40 ha. 

  •  Whose wages do not exceed Rs.5000/- per month.

  •  Who are employed in estates registered with the Board (or to which application for registration is pending or to which permit has been issued by the Board) (If the estate is not having registration / permit, an employment certificate from RPS President / Rubber Board Field officer should be produced.) 

  •  Employed in rubber estate not governed by the provisions of the Plantations Labour Act 1951,

  •  Who are within the age group of 18 and 50 years.
