Grant to Associations for conducting pilot studies for identifying the Intellectual Property IP needs of clusters/industries

To provide grant for generating information and knowledge required for developing strategies and methodologies for better IP Management of specific industrial clusters (or groups)/ industries.

Eligibility

  •  Should be an association

  •  Having sufficient expertise and who are active in this field. Further, sector specific experience and in-house capability to manage the study, will be an added advantage. 

  •  Applicants would be assessed broadly on the following criteria:

  •  Credentials of the organization and constitution.

  •  Core business and experience.

  •  Technical and managerial capability.

  •  Performance record in IP and related subjects.

  •  Methodology and work programme for the proposed assignment.

  •  Experience in the field of assignment and qualification of key team members to be deployed (full time & part time separately).

  •  Likely time period indicated to complete and submit the report.

Benefit Description

Financial assistance in form of grant to associations for conducting pilot studies for identifying the IP needs of clusters/industries and recommend measures for further strengthening of the IP portfolio
