To reduce the unemployment in the minority communities by skill development initiatives

Eligibility
- Any private recognized/ registered professional institution of repute conducting such skill development courses for at least last three years with established market linkages and placement record.
- Any industry or an association of industries like ASSOCHAM, CII, FICCI etc. who are willing to run such skill up-gradation training centers as per financial norms of the scheme with a proper plan of placements.
- Civil Societies (CS)/ Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) which fulfill the following requirements:
- Any registered CS/ NGO engaged in conduct and promotion of social welfare of communities, particularly minorities.
- Should not be black listed or debarred by any Central/ State Ministry/ Department.
