Purpose
Subsidy to students from Postgraduate courses who are from Other backward caste to enhance their academic skills and linguistic profanely.

Eligibility
- Financial assistance under the scheme is available to such universities and colleges which come within the purview of section 2 and are fit to receive central assistance under Section 12 of the UGC Act, 1956.
- Institutions having sufficient number of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST)s and Minority Communities students will be considered for financial assistance.

Benefit Description
To provide assistance for Postgraduate students from Scheduled Caste (SC) to help them improve their academic skills and linguistic profanely by setting up coaching centers in the universities and colleges.
